The Knights will need big wins in their two remaining Dream11 Super Smash matches to give themselves a chance of qualifying for the Dream11 Super Smash finals.
With the Wellington Firebirds having already confirmed a finals place, a tight table sees the other sides battling for the remaining two spots with just a handful of games remaining.
As well as dominant victories, the Knights also need other results to go their way if they are to finish third in the table and secure an elimination final berth.
The first opponent for the Knights are the Auckland Aces, who they play tomorrow at Eden Park Outer Oval.
The Knights secured a solid victory over the Aucklanders earlier in the season at Seddon Park, but the Aces have found some form in the second-half of the competition to move up the table and into finals contention.
One change has been made to the squad for tomorrow's match as Henry Cooper is included for the first time this season with Joe Carter making way.
Before the Knights make their final push, the SkyCity Hamilton Northern Spirit will take-on the Auckland Hearts at the same venue.
After a promising start to the season which saw the Spirit secure a couple of victories playing some wonderful cricket, they have experienced several defeats which have meant they are out of the finals race.
With two games remaining, however, the Spirit will be eager to return to their early season form to end the Super Smash on a high, particularly as they return to Hallyburton Johnstone Shield action post-Super Smash, where they currently sit second.
