Administration, Cricket & Venue Operations

We are looking for a practical and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time (approximately 30 hours), fixed-term parental cover role: Admin, Cricket & Venue Operations. If you enjoy variety, this is the role for you! You'll be supporting our Board and Executive Team with admin tasks while managing cricket and venue operations.

The role includes overseeing administrative tasks, financial processes, assisting funding applications and coordinating logistics as part of our cricket and venue operations. A key part of the job is being at our venue on training and game days to ensure a great experience for players, management, and officials at Seddon Park.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Administration experience, including knowledge of policies, procedures, and technology
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate staff and work effectively with venue stakeholders.
