Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an engaged and energetic ‘Development Officer’ to lead implementation of the ND strategy and operation. Based in the Waikato, the ideal candidate will be passionate to grow cricket and strengthen participation capability for schools and clubs. A key priority will be to increase tamariki and rangatahi participation through the delivery of great cricketing experiences via our SuperSmash programmes, as well as increase club capability (via volunteer support) and coach development.
